Karkonosze & IZERY
GRAVEL CAMP

Ride lighter in the mountains.
Wyjazdy rowerowe dla kobiet

You don’t have to feel “ready” to come

This camp combines two things: time on the bike and working with your body. Each day we ride the gravel roads of the Karkonosze and Izera Mountains, and then do simple, practical exercises that directly improve how you feel on the bike.

These mountains are perfect to start. Gentle climbs, wide gravel roads, and a natural rhythm that lets you find flow - instead of fighting every kilometer.

You don’t need mountain experience. This is for women who want to feel more confident - not faster.

After just a few days, you start to feel the difference:
more control on descents, better stability on climbs, and less fatigue - even on longer rides.

Who will guide you during
IZERY GRAVEL Camp?

Patrycja Rucińska

She explores the world by bike - combining a background in road and track cycling with real-world gravel experience, helping you ride stronger, smoother and with more confidence - and rediscover ease and joy in your riding. She designs routes and experiences based on real riding - from longer journeys to more demanding challenges that teach you how to work with pace, energy and your body in motion. She shows you how to ride more consciously - getting more out of the journey itself, not just the destination.

Katarzyna Golubińska

With over 15 years of experience working both individually and with groups, and a background across different movement disciplines (including functional training, mobility, stretching and CrossFit), she helps you build strength, stability and body awareness that directly support your riding. Her approach is simple and practical - focused on movement that makes you feel stronger, more stable and more confident on the bike. She works with what you already have - because every body is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
